How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We pride ourselves on freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer options for specific dietary restrictions?
Yes! Bobo's offers a wide range of gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free options. Please check the 'Dietary Info' filter on our shop page to find products that suit your needs.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for food items. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there was an error, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my Bobo's snacks to keep them fresh?
To maintain peak flavor and texture, we recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place. For our baked goods, airtight containers or refrigeration can extend freshness for up to two weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Bobo's ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working hard to bring our snacks to more countries in the near future.
